Fran Peters launched Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva in 1998 with just 1 condo rental property. Fast forward 10 years, Island Vacations now has a very healthy inventory of over 70 high-quality, beachfront, near beach and bayside condominiums and homes rental properties.

Owner, Fran Peters grew up in the area and remembers when the only way to get to Sanibel was via ferry. She is member of many local organizations including the Sanibel-Captiva Chamber of Commerce, Fort Myers Beach Lions Club, Delta Theta Tau, and many more.
