Tucked away on a secluded drive (located off of Middle Gulf Drive) on Sanibel, you will find this quiet property consisting of only 5 beach front townhomes sharing a stretch of the beach. Clamshell offers a heated swimming pool that faces out to the Gulf of Mexico capturing the warm breezes and spectacular views. There is also an indoor racquetball court for your enjoyment, so don’t forget to pack your racquets! Each beach front townhome has its own unique floor plan, beach front views, and washer and dryer. All are NON-SMOKING and maximum occupancy are 4 guests.

This bright and beachy townhome was recently remodeled in 2007. Beautifully decorated, the furnishings are cottage beach whites and wicker, sand color tile floors, a gorgeous remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, and newer appliances. The living room has a large flat screen TV, and DVD player. The guest bedroom is on the first living level and has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs there is a private master bedroom suite with a king size bed, remote TV, and DVD player. There is a small private open balcony to relax on and the private master bathroom has a walk in shower. The owner provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and two adult bikes for you to enjoy.
