Clamshell offers a heated swimming pool that faces out to the Gulf of Mexico capturing the warm breezes and spectacular views. There is also an indoor racquetball court for your enjoyment, so don’t forget to pack your racquets! Each beach front townhome has its own unique floor plan, beach front views, and washer and dryer. All are NON-SMOKING and maximum occupancy are 4 guests.

This townhome is the perfect beach retreat. Beautifully decorated with a true Florida feel; sunshine yellows throughout with ocean blue accents, sand color tile throughout. The owner extended the living room area so there is no screened-in patio, but a larger living room/dining room area that is now enclosed and still offers breathing taking beach views! The living room features a remote TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, a desk to set up your personal computer to the high speed Internet access. The updated fully equipped kitchen has light wood cabinets, solid surface counter tops, and newer appliances. The guest bedroom is located on the first living level and has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Go upstairs to the private master bedroom suite which has a king size canopy bed that faces out to the beach so you can wake up to the crystal blue waters. There is a large private open balcony located off of the master bedroom to sit out on and listen to the waves crashing. The private master bathroom has a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The owner provides beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, charcoal grill, and 4 adult bikes for your enjoyment.
