54 residences make up this mid-size complex and you may choose from 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms floor plan with approximately 1566 total sq. ft. or 3 bedrooms/2 bathroom floor plans with approximately 1933 total sq. ft. All units have elevator access, under-building parking, and may comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath residence and is located on the first living level with elevator access from the covered parking area. It's beautifully decorated in bright tropical colors, beachy artwork, white wicker & rattan furnishing. It has a well equipped kitchen, with a tray ceiling and recessed lighting, white raised cabinets, breakfast bar, and a separate dining room. The living room has a remote TV, DVD/ VCR player, and CD stereo. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, remote TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo (has grab bars). The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, remote TV, and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo (and grab bar). The owner provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and two fold up twin-sized futons for those two extra guests. The screened porch is glassed in however, you can open the glass to bring in the Gulf breezes and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
