All units have elevator access, under-building parking, and may comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

There is cozy separate sitting area with a stereo for you to relax and listen to your favorite radio station. The open living room/dining room/kitchen floor plan is perfect for entertaining your guests and offers a sleeper sofa, remote TV, DVD/VCR player. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with remote TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The owner provides beach chairs, one beach umbrella, beach towels, small charcoal grill, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
