Each unit is approximately 2200 square feet (1900 sq. ft. in living area, 300 sq. ft. non-living area). Washer and dryer, beach towels, hair dryer, iron & iron board are all provided in each unit.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 1st floor unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. It is a non-smoking unit decorated in bright island colors, white wicker furnishings, tile and beige carpeting throughout. The living room features a remote TV, DVD/VCR player, wet bar, and plenty of room to entertain. The owner has graciously provided a CD player and a library of CD’s for you to enjoy. You will also have access to high speed internet service and fax machine.

The kitchen comes well equipped and has a stainless steel sink, white Formica cabinets and counter tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, two dressers, 19” remote TV and a breathtaking beach view. The master bathroom features a relaxing jet tub, separate shower, and two separate vanities.

You can sit on your lanai as you look over the swimming pool out to the Gulf of Mexico. The patio has a spiral staircase that takes you to the ground level and out to the pool/beach area. The owner provides a plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler so you can enjoy your days at the beach!
