This luxurious property is located on West Gulf Drive and rents on a 28 day minimum. Only 9 units make up this exclusive beach front property. Property amenities include swimming pool, tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and elevators. Each unit is approximately 2200 square feet (1900 sq. ft. in living area, 300 sq. ft. non-living area). Washer and dryer, beach towels, hair dryer, iron & iron board are all provided in each unit.

This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 2nd floor unit is considered one of our deluxe accommodations and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. It is a non-smoking unit decorated in a rich golds, reds, deep mahogany furnishings, large tile, and crown molding throughout. The living room features a large flat screen TV/DVD player, wet bar, and plenty of room to entertain.

The kitchen comes well equipped and has mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.

Each bathroom has marble flooring, high granite countertop vanities, tiled showers and/or bath tub which include upgraded bath fixtures…you will fell like you are taking a shower in the rain!

The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and a breathtaking beach view. You can hear the waves of the Gulf as you doze off to sleep.

Guest bedroom number one has two twin beds and a remote TV with VCR. The second guest bedroom has two double beds and a remote TV.
