This home has a unique design almost in a “U” shape with the center of the home being a large screened in deck. You can open all the sliding glass doors and you get refreshing Florida breezes throughout the home. This deck area is perfect for entertaining guests as you grill up some steaks on the gas BBQ grill.

Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed, white wicker furnishings, and remote TV. Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds in white wicker furnishings. Next to these two rooms is the newly remodeled guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has been recently remodeled and has a remote TV, king bed, a private master bathroom with a large walk-in shower, raised vanity, and walk-in-closet. The living room has new Berber carpeting, a fire place, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player and radio. The newly remodeled kitchen is extremely well equipped and has gorgeous granite counter tops and newer appliances.
