Located off of the living room is a cozy den where you and your guests can relax, watch TV or a movie on the DVD player, listen to the stereo, or fix a drink at the full size bar with bar stools.  Take your cocktail outside and relax on the screen covered patio and feel the warm Florida breezes.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped for our larger families, has a breakfast bar with stools, and a large eat-in dining room table, and then opens to a screened covered patio with additional outdoor seating and dining tables.

The first guest bedroom is located on the first living level and has a king size bed and remote TV.  The first floor guest full bath has a tub/shower combo.  Also located on the first floor is the laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms/2 full baths and a loft.  The spacious master bedroom suite features a king size bed, remote TV, private deck which overlooks the pool, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds.  Guest bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a private loft (over looks living room) that has 2 single size futons and a remote TV.  The upstairs guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

This home has a large swimming pool (it is not heated) with plenty of lounge chairs around the open sunning deck and an outdoor shower.  This owner provides beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience.
