Enter the front door to a spacious sitting room area with two big comfortable couches (one includes a sleeper sofa), where you can relax to watch TV or a movie on the VCR.  This room opens out to the screened pool area.

Go upstairs to the main level of the home and as you reach the top of the steps you enter your private atrium; surrounded by bright sunlight from the sky light glistening off the beautiful custom made stained glass doors and an azure blue tile entry which welcomes you “home”.

Enter the open living room/dining/ kitchen area with hard wood floors and homey light oak furnishings.  The living room has a remote TV, DVD/VCR combo, and stereo.  A small deck opens to the screened pool area below.  The fully equipped kitchen features a double oven and beautiful tiled back splash.  Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer & dryer and computer “station” where you can set up your personal computer to use the wireless internet.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, warm pine furnishings, walk-in closet, remote TV ,VCR/DVD, a small private screened deck, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo that can be closed off for privacy.

The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, walk-in closet, remote TV/VCR combo, a small private screened deck looking out to the front of the home.   There is an addition ½ bathroom which can also open up to the full bathroom with the tub/shower combo.

The owner provides beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and 3 bicycles for you to use so you can explore all of Sanibel treasures.
