It is only a 5 minute walk to the famous shell filled beaches and spectacular sunsets and only seconds from the fabulous Sanibel bike path. The home has a large heated and caged in swimming pool with a spacious pool deck perfect for entertaining family BBQ's.
As you enter the home from the front porch, you step into the cozy living room which has a flat screen TV and desk ready for your personal computer. (Wireless Internet service is provided). Then continue into the kitchen which comes fully equipped and has a pass through window to the sunroom. Relax in the sunroom located off the kitchen where there is a new 48" HD TV. The sunroom overlooks the pool where you will find a comfortable cushioned patio set and new Webber gas grill.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote TV, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a private entrance out to the pool area. The two guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed and plenty of storage. The hall guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
This home is equipped with all bed and bath linens, WiFi, beach chairs, beach towels, 1 beach umbrella, 3 adult beach cruiser bikes, new gas BBQ grill, 2 hair dryers, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This classic three bedroom two bathroom Florida cottage will have you relaxed and enjoying the treasures of Sanibel as soon as you arrive!
