The seven-acre property contains 101 individually owned residences distributed among 10 low-rise buildings. Most Mariner Pointe condos have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, although the community also contains a selection of one-bedroom and three-bedroom residences.
Because every condo is individually owned, floor plans, furnishings, bedding, occupancy, views and in-unit amenities vary. Some residences overlook San Carlos Bay, while others face the canal, community grounds or tropical landscaping.
