The Guest Services team at Island Vacations take reservation and guest services calls seven days a week between 9AM and 10AM. Where immediacy of a response is the expectation, it’s this coverage that sets us apart from our peers and generates industry leading results for our clients. 

Caring for your guests throughout their stay can be challenging if you don’t live in our area year-round. If a guest has a problem or a question, it’s tough to respond effectively if you’re not here.

Maintaining Property Condition 

Cleanliness has always been a priority, but since the COVID Pandemic, there’s an understandable increased focus on hygiene and cleanliness. Proactive Maintenance

Every time a guest departs, our guest service team will visit the property record the condition of the home to ensure that in the rare instances of guests caused damage, they are appropriately charged. 

We also use these reports to build a historic record of the condition of the home. We use this history to plan periodic ongoing maintenance, such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning, to ensure your vacation home remains in tip top shape for the next guest. 

Limiting the time between an issue being reported and having it resolved is key to the efficient running of a vacation rental business. Down time is money lost. Our in-house maintenance team are on hand to tackle the various needs of the properties we represent.
