The dining area seats six, with an extension to accommodate up to eight guests.

An air-conditioned sunroom overlooks the pool and provides additional living space with a dining table, workspace, direct Ethernet connection, and basic office supplies, making it ideal for remote work, games, or simply relaxing.

The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, sliding glass doors, a walk-in closet, and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king, along with a large walk-in closet. A second full bathroom features a shower and tub combination.
