Motorcycles are not permitted on the property at any time. Motor scooters and golf carts are not permitted to be used on the property by owners or visitors at any time, unless approved prior to November 2016. Pick-up trucks, cargo-type vans, commercial vehicles, and vehicles displaying signs or advertisements promoting activities internal or external to Pelican Cove may only park on Condominium property while providing services to an owner or occupant. These vehicles are not to have overnight parking privileges and must be off the property by 10 p.m. Violators may be towed at their own expense.
